::Decent food but extremely rude and unaccommodating management. Only place in town that I have found that won't take credit cards without a high minimum purchase and they are obnoxious about it. Complained about it and the manager I complained to seemed to be amused by my frustration. I expect common courtesy at a minimum. On the plus side, the servers were nice. But I won't be back.....

::Food was good not great. Server was very polite. Aesthetically the place is under construction therefore it isnβt as pleasing to look at particularly during the day. Also be aware of noise coming from top level from the construction. Ate on the balcony so the scenery was refreshing to look at.

::Pros: The food is decent at best and the restaurant is located in a prime spot in the city. One of the few places open on Sunday. Cons: The serving size seems to have undergone some reduction in size. The prices have risen somewhat. You get much plastic ware to eat in but the food does not match

::While there I ate a lot of Chinese food in an effort to taste "the best" in the country. According to my taste buds, they had the best food because it's the kind of food I prefer (some may disagree). The restaurant was clean and we received the food in no time. What was weird though is that they gave spoons to eat and I had to actually request a fork. I'm guessing it's a cultural thing.

::The prices are reasonable, food tastes great! Fried rice was the best. Loved the cookies and cream ice-cream too. Ambience upstairs in the dining area is warm.
