::This is a very good service provided to customers to ensure we maintain a clean and healthy environment. My problem with this company is that the workers need to be more customer friendly. Today has been my worst day ever. The driver threaten to remove my service because I refused to pay for August month which i paid for since July. During July -August it is a norm that i pay for the 2 months since i don't be available in early August to make payments. I am always a faithful customer and don't ever miss a month's payment. the young man that collected the money in July made a note of it and still the driver threatening to take my bin. My downfall is that i don't have a bill because they don't ever give one, i guess i have to ask for one. If they check their records they will see that i don't owe them and they have never had issues with me paying. At the end of the year, when they pass out their envelops, i always make it my duty to make a contribution so i don't know why is it that i am receiving this type of treatment now. The driver seems to be the one in control and he has no people skills. I am very upset and disappointed. I will be calling into the office and make a formal complaint because this is totally unacceptable.
