::The waiting times at this bank is ridiculous, just to start an account will set you back up to four hours. If you are in a hurry, I would suggest you find another day when more time is available. The locations are very nicely laid out and most times the customer service is okay, time to time you will run in to the occasional dismissive staff. Very good loan options but qualifying for one may be a bit of a hassle if you do not have an existing account.
