The owner responded to these comments, and later deleted it. I took a screenshot of it before got deleted, please see the screenshot to understand my comments better. 1. It will be a nightmare if you're on the first floor rooms. The guard talks all night and laughs so loudly that you can hear it from the room like he was inside. 2. Breakfast is every day the same. Six toast, one scrambled egg, and one sausage; or cheese or tuna sandwich. Not juice unless you pay for it separately. Sometimes you have to make the coffee yourself (instant coffee) because they won't have any coffee made. 3. The reception staff is often on their phone. You try to be polite but their manners are not appropriate for customers. They treat you like they are doing you a favor letting you stay there. There is only one lady that is nice; I think she's related to the owner or something. 4. They clean the room upon request. I asked one time, and the lady from reception told me "Oh, we are sorry, but the person who does that is sick today, she will do it tomorrow." Admittedly I waited until next day they cleaned it and changed my sheets. I haven't finished the review yet. I will edit it later to add other things as well. Maybe they change approach, it's good when people are open to criticism. I have hope that they will improve. Thank you Hope you have a pleasant stay, better than mine. After the Owner's response to this comment: If you keep reading, You will be able to sense the professionalism with which the owner responded to my comments. The answer speaks by itself. To the owner: Thank you for revealing my full name, in case you don't know people use a different username to protect PRIVACY. In this business, it's critical to respect people's privacy. I never said I left the Hotel. I was saying all the things I have experienced here. As a customer, I believe I have the right to say what I think about the services I paid. I came to this hotel for an extended stay, since I'm waiting on my daughter's U.S immigrant visa (That thank God was already approved). Therefore, I have to wait until the Embassy notify me that I can pick up the documents for her to be ready to travel legally. By the way, you don't have to get upset with your clients and talk to me that rude this morning. Excellent manners and a friendly way can fix a lot of problem in this world. Remember this to improve: "If you're open to criticism, you're able to accept negative feedback about yourself or your work without reacting overly emotionally. Or at your job, you're able to get through a critical performance review and see it as an opportunity to learn rather than as a personal attack that you need to defend yourself against." Thank you for your response. Have a blessed day.
